Big Strategy Weekend
The annual big weekend of strategy of the student management consultancy junior Comtec Darmstadt e.V. in La Clusaz, France, took place from 2nd to Dec 6, 2009. On Wednesday began a dinner prepared by the Board of Directors for a total of 27 young consultants the long weekend in the French Alps and enjoyed as a first high point. Following the regular Wednesday session including the COMbats, an internal club competition, as special deposit took place. The first evening sounded off in cozy by the fireplace.
Only the next morning the visitors could take finally the white splendour of the Alps closer look at. However, direct contact with the snow had to wait until the second evening because creativity in corporate corporate, marketing, or ISO-certification workshop was initially asked. On Friday, the offer training took place at the seven groups were formed, each eight hours had time to make an offer for a fictitious customer. These offers are controlled by the Club’s offer of Board of Trustees, to following the to give the team feedback on their work. This training is part of the measures of the Club ensures that the quality of the offers in the future is impeccable and junior Comtec’s customers can contract continue high-quality with the respective project teams. For the 5th December, a hike in the white Alpine country was traditionally on the agenda.
All returned after four hours of exhausting, but beautiful, exhausted in the warm chalet, there in a discussion club-internal knowledge management with mulled wine again to warm up. The home could be commenced after the Chalet was again dressed and cleaned up, without any problems.
