The ODT is a development team set up in India to work collectively with North American companies in a blended team environment to develop software applications and technology. These teams are provided exclusively to our clients as a fully managed service, but we work collectively to manage the IT analysis and the software development timelines and deliverables. Managed developers and Project Managers are assigned to oversee and monitor progress and quality.
This engagement option is available to clients who are looking for a team of between 3-15 members for a period of 6 months or longer. A minimum engagement requires a team size of 3 for 6 months.

(Private Label Office, Client Managed)
The ODC is a turnkey development office setup in India and ready for North American companies to setup private dedicated development teams.
The ODC office is set up and made available for immediate occupation by the North American client. All the resources are available from: office space, connected computers, IPX/VoiP telephones, servers, facilities, meeting rooms, and/or any infrastructure necessary to carry out technology development.
Goa provides HR resources and technology skilled personnel on demand. Teams are assembled as per our client's requirements. The teams are exclusive to the Client during a contract period. They act as dedicated employees. All skill sets are available for current software and web development.
The technology projects of the client are carried out and managed by the Client exclusively, not the ODC provider. The ODC is responsible for providing facilities and staff only.
